Oh, yeah, you got that right…a few days before Brussels, there were killings in
Turkey and the Ivory Coast. Did any cities light up their monuments in the flag
colors of these nations? Not a bit of it. Was there round-the-clock media
coverage, including interviewing the parents of some college kid who was there
but was fine? No.
And the same thing was true when Paris happened, I think the location was
Sudan…see, I don’t even remember…I read about it, and I tried to find their
flag anywhere, but no.
It’s deplorable.
