I have been saying since I set up this list that I will be moderating by not
moderating, that anything goes. I also said that if a spammer subscribes then
that might be another matter. Well, we have finally gotten a spammer. The email
address that this comes from is not subscribed to the list, but I think I see
how to prevent it from getting through. If I am wrong about that I may start
having to look at the list blocking settings. Let's wait a while and see. That
is, of course, unless someone here wants these messages to get through. I don't
see why you would, but if you do then let's discuss it. In the meantime I would
strongly recommend that no one actually donate money to this cause. I am very
sure that it is a scam.
