And so it is with folks who want to believe in God or Allah and a Life
Ever After. They want God or Allah so bad that they throw a little
hussy fit and demand that we all simply have to believe rthat He
exists.
Some of us go about trying to swat their little behinds, but that
never stops them. I think my daughter had the right idea, just tell
them that we have no control over whether He is or is not, but if He
does show up it will be in His own good time. It really shouldn't
make a difference to the rest of us, just so long as they don't start
insisting that we believe how they believe...what's that?...You say
they already have?...Well that's a fine kettle of fish...

and they would have to do a lot of it because there is an enormous
amount of evidence to refute. They don't even try though. They just keep
making claims about afterlife with nothing to back up their claims at
all and then throw tantrums when you express doubts about their claims.

And as an aside, I am personally thankful that there is no Almighty
God. To think of my Free Spirit being forced to sing Praises to Him,
is akin to Donald Trump wanting us to worship his Wonderful Self.
As with Donald Trump, it is God who tells us that He is Wonderful and
Perfect. Like Trump, God relegates those who dare disagree with Him,
to eternal damnation. But like Trump, God insists that He cannot look
upon imperfection, thus He has created the Perfect Universe, despite
evidence all about us that shows us the many flaws.
So, you can send me the proof in any method you choose, email would be
quickest, but I'll accept the sudden appearance of an Angel or perhaps
Jesus or Mohammad. If they let me know in advance, I'll have tea and
cookies ready.
Once again, I know we don't want to face it, but after death we all
are equal, one to another...Heroes and Cowards alike.
