Dear Fellow Earthlings,
We all come from the same long, unbroken chain of genes. Peel back
our skins and we all look the same. While medical science has learned
much about our composition, there is one piece of our human makeup,
claimed to exist by many, that has never been found to exist. That is
a Soul. No medical scientist has found a single bit of evidence that
our bodies contain a Soul or a Spirit. There is good reason for this
lack of discovery. Souls and Spirits exist within our human brain.
Once life has left the body, all thoughts, all beliefs, all dreams and
the entire part of our bodies we call our individual personality, is
no longer to be found. No little dis of imprinted data that can be
played over and over, no records of any sort. Death is death. Death
is Universal, regardless of who we were while alive. The mightiest
and the least of the Least all become the same in death.
Our ability to make a difference occurs while we live. This is when
we make our contributions to future generations, or when our actions
block a brighter future for those coming after us.
What I say here are proven facts. Sure, like some on this list, I
could blow smoke up your nose and whisper sweet promises in your ear,
but none of it would be true, no matter how much we want it to be.
We live today. We make this life as good as we can make it. If we
wait for some Heavenly Paradise, we will simply be wasting our one
golden moment in time.
Until someone gives us tangible proof of a Soul or a Spirit, or of God
Him/Herself, all our dreams and hopes are just that, hopes and dreams.
And as an aside, I am personally thankful that there is no Almighty
God. To think of my Free Spirit being forced to sing Praises to Him,
is akin to Donald Trump wanting us to worship his Wonderful Self.
As with Donald Trump, it is God who tells us that He is Wonderful and
Perfect. Like Trump, God relegates those who dare disagree with Him,
to eternal damnation. But like Trump, God insists that He cannot look
upon imperfection, thus He has created the Perfect Universe, despite
evidence all about us that shows us the many flaws.
So, you can send me the proof in any method you choose, email would be
quickest, but I'll accept the sudden appearance of an Angel or perhaps
Jesus or Mohammad. If they let me know in advance, I'll have tea and
cookies ready.
Once again, I know we don't want to face it, but after death we all
are equal, one to another...Heroes and Cowards alike.
