I haven't watched this yet, but my knee-jerk reaction to your comment, Miriam,
directed at Hedges, not at you, is this: Fine. Let's excoriate and vilify and
potentially destroy Sanders and end up with Trump? Not a good idea. Sometimes,
I get a little frustrated with the left's insistence on perfection and
sometimes fairly vicious criticism of anything and anyone who isn't perfect in
the speaker's/writer's eyes...
