Unfortunately, the cause of human rights is too often used for political
reasons in the West, particularly in the US. So when Saudi Arabia commits
genocide or Israel slaughters Palestinians, aLmost no one talks about human
rights. If Iran or North Korea do something questionable, immediately they
are loudly condemned. And now Russia and China are being set up as enemies
of the US. This is all for geopolitical reasons.

Hello Miriam and Bob, while I am convinced of what you both said about the
Saudi royal family being probably involved in the disappearance of Jamal
Khashoggi, we still don't know, is he killed? The matter, again, has been
used by western media for political purposes and that has disappointed me.
In the west, human rights are divided according to private interest. If
fending for human rights will serve us, we would use it. If it doesn't, we
shall dismiss it.

Frankly, the US, IMHO, has been badly played by the Saudi royal family
for a very long time. How the heck is it that we sell and give weapons
to an entity that funds Al Qaeda and 19 of whose citizens hijacked
planes and bombed the World Trade Centter and the Pentagon on 911. I
don't much trust Iran, but I'll trust them over the Saudi royal family
every day of the week.

Donald Trump has said the US will inflict "severe punishment" on Saudi
Arabia if the kingdom is found to be responsible for the death of
journalist Jamal Khashoggi. He said he would be "very upset and angry
if that were the case", but ruled out halting big military contracts.
Mr Khashoggi, a critic of the Saudi government, vanished on October
the second after visiting its consulate in Istanbul. Saudi Arabia
dismissed allegations that it ordered his killing as "lies". The
interior minister said on Friday that the kingdom was keen to uncover
"the whole truth", stressing reports "about orders to kill" are
"baseless". A Turkish security source has told the BBC that officials
had audio and video evidence proving Mr Khashoggi, who writes for the
Washington Post, was murdered inside the consulate. The country's
Foreign Minister, Mevut Cavusoglu, said Saudi Arabia was not yet
co-operating with the investigation. In the last few days, this
headline has dominated top newsstories. I must ask, what is the
consistent affiliation between mr Khashoggi's disappearance and his
alleged murder by the Saudi government? Moreover, if Turkish officials
has crucial evidence that are sufficient to convict Saudis, why
wouldn't they release them? Strangely, what's this laudatory rhetoric
which somewhat reflects unexpected propitiation between Turkey and the
US? Could that be somehow linked with the release of US pastor Andrew
Brunson? In addition, I am enormously incensed at Trump's intolerably
belligerent rhetoric. Who Does This Guy Think He Is? I sternly demand
the full cut off of his damnable tongue!. Is this pig the world's
police? He has interfered too much into people's affairs. If we
theoretically believe the murder claim, we must dig in for the motive.
Could have he has committed treachery? What was the reason of his
visit to Turkey? Trump and other western officials impeach Saudis
without decisive evidence. Perhaps the west is attempting to retaliate
from Saudi because it relatively prospered in imposing economic
sanctions on Canada for interfering in Saudi's domestic affairs last
August? This story is crucial and I closely follow its updates. I base
my assertion that the US and the west in general which somehow enacts
the world's police of human rights etc, itself has explicitly violated
human rights principles. Instances are numerous. If we look at the
issue of detained children in the US, the total silence and deliberate
negligence over Israel's perennially inhumane atrocities committed
against Palestinian innocent civilians, and many are just legion to
count. Therefore, human rights couldn't be unilateral. The US justifies
when it needs the explicit breach of human rights fundamentals.
Why other countries wouldn't have this option? What's this? The US
acts as the world's boss. For me, that's totally unacceptable and this
is what I meant by the mama America post. This policy of nefarious
interference is intemperately despicable. In terms of Yemen war, if
the west isn't so pleased with Saudi role in this, why would it
subsidise its military? I would seriously ordain the total cut off of
Trump's lousy tongue, if I have the authority to do so. This hellion
is extremely repellant and I unprecedentedly despise him.
