Mostafa, before you accuse others of lacking in logic you really need to
address that logical corner I backed you into. The one in which you were
committing circular reasoning. And when I say address it I do not mean
throwing tantrums and throwing childish insults. Are you up to it? So

so much loves his friend and he is so faithful to humans. Second, the
dog is eager to instantly assault anyone who poses a threat to him or
his loved ones. What does that mean? It basically means the dog is
incomparably so reliable in safekeeping. If you say so, why Muslims
then do not like dogs? This question is not asked correctly. The
proper manner to put this is, why are Muslims critical of dogs in
certain situations? Well, that is a very good and crucial question.
Muslims are obliged to regularly pray five times everyday. And as they
do so, their clothe and place where they pray, both have to be
physically clean. The dog has its saliva constantly slumping off its
mouth. So, if he is present, the purification condition won't be
applied. Therefore, he is favourably kept away so Muslims could pray.
So, is it forbidden for Muslims to have dogs as pets? Well, for the
most part, it isn't recommended unless they could separate the dog
from the place of their prayer. So they have got to live in big houses
and that's not practically possible for most Muslims. Ironically, as I
type this, I hear our neighbor's dog barking. They may not be Muslims
though. Scholars okayed dogs for essentially security purposes. What
about guide dogs for blind people? I personally declare the Fatwa of
not favouring them because a blind Muslim has to pray and practically,
he couldn't separate the dog. Some may have separated their dogs to
keep them. Unfortunately, that caused the dog to feel restricted and
lonely which is absolutely unlawful in Shariah. The Shariah strictly
prohibits either physical or mental harm of any animal. Once prophet
Muhammad peace and blessings be upon him passed by a labeled donkey.
He peace and blessings be upon him blasphemed the one who has done
this to the donkey. Shariah scholars consider having birds or any
animals as hunting objects haram which is forbidden or prohibited in
Shariah. Also, enclosing animals in kages for amusement or
entertainment is haram. During any sacrificial worship, the animal to
be sacrificed has to be laid calmly. He isn't to be frightened or
tortured. The knife used to sacrifice this animal has to be sharp so
it cuts with just one attempt and it is haram to be shown to him.
Islam enjoins showing mercy to animals, even in the occasion of taking
off their lives for halal purposes, we have got to treat them so
gently. The way they shoot cows and chickens in the west is haram and,
even electrically shocking them, as they do in some western countries
is completely haram in Shariah. Our legislative system discusses many
details of animals and our relationship with them. Some people in the
west claim we are cruel to animals. I am not sure how so. How is this?
while in the occasion of taking this animal's life, I have got to be
so merciful. Islam is massively misrepresented in the west for
primarily colonial objectives. I am here to sternly tackle these
misconceptions. Islam doesn't fear confrontation. Orientalists attempt
to destroy Islam with their false allegations but they inshAllah will
never prosper. Lastlly, as for the Atheist who is so good at insulting
others for dissenting with him because he doesn't recognise the
eminent authority of rational evidence, he certainly needs to see a
mental therapist. Alternatively, he might need to be transfered back
to high school, so they could teach him some basics of logical
thinking. If they taught him and he still couldn't differentiate
between rational and empirical evidence which is most likely to be the
case, well, he's just to be dismissed. He's good for nothing then.
Sometimes, you couldn't help someone if he isn't willing to be the
helper of himself. I wrote this about dogs and treating animals in
general. I knew that the sealing of this editorial is irrelevant to
its main subject. I have done so to predetermine an answer to someone
who deliberately disposes the actual subject of my post and talks
abhorrently about the existence of God. He speaks disrespectfully of
faith and believers. He's concurrently the enemy of belief and logic.
Nevertheless, he's the deadliest enemy of himself. Therefore, he is to
