The article about Barrie Weiss that I just posted, reminded me that last
night, I looked up the Rutherford Institute after posting the article by
John Whitehead. From what I could tell from the opinions stated on the
website, it is right wing libertarian. Whitehead's defense of the Supreme
Court's decision concerning religious schools is particularly instructive in
this respect. I'm not sure why Mint Press is circulating his material.
