A flat tax merely allows the rich to keep their wealth without having
to jump through all the hoops that go with our graduated tax.
But the flat tax is just as susceptible to being burdened by
complicated regulations, just as the graduated tax now is. A flat tax
is not going to satisfy those committed to amassing wealth and the
power it buys. Proof of this is seen in the complex laws now covering
the graduated tax. The Money Manipulators have forced more and more
regulations on our graduated tax, in an effort to enable them to avoid
paying any tax at all.
