This is kind of where my thinking has gone as of late. We've been told again and again how much of a disaster Trump would be, and that is true. But if Hillary wins, things will not be all sweetness and light, and anyone who thinks so is seriously dilusional. The best we can hope for is for things pretty much staying the same, meaning perpetual gridlock, except maybe for the things Hillary will cave on because there's no choice, or it could be a lot worse, or something. It's not a huge stretch to think, as has been stated here recently, that maybe a Trump win might actually be the catalyst for the change we actually need. One thing's for sure; Congress, as it now stands, won't work with Hillary any more than they did, or didn't, with Obama. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised to see impeachment on the table on day one. On the other hand, Trump in the Presidency could bring on other things too dismal to contemplate. To say I'm conflicted would be a gross understatement.
