Max Blumenthal and Ben Norton do a lot of excellent independent reporting,
much of it on the Middle East and it appears on Alternet's Grayzone Project.
They also have a new podcast which is filled with information, the kinds of
things that they write about. It is called, "Moderate Rebels", and there is
a website, moderaterebels.com on which I gather that you can access the
podcast via sound cloud. I'm listening to the podcasts on the stream.
They've only had 6 episodes so far. I listened to the last two, skipped the
one on what happened in Virginia, and then began listening to the first
three. The first one goes over all of the facts which negate Russiagate. The
second and third are on Syria, and provide information which counteracts
much of the US propaganda you've read and heard on the mass media. They
corroborate much of what Robert Perry and Rania Khalek write about the
issue. Also, having just suffered through a mostly fawning New Yorker
article by David Remnick about Hillary Clinton, it was refreshing to hear
reasonable people talking about what are and are not facts about Russian
interference in the election.
