Bonnie and All,
While I fully understand that the Clinton's are two individuals, the
fact is that neither of them are people I want to represent the
Working Class in the White House. They may be fine and decent people.
Too often we judge folks by the Media Blitz, without a clue about who
they really are. But the Public Clinton's are, in my opinion,
apologists for the Corporate American Empire. Like moths drawn to the
flame, many very smart people are drawn to the power of the
Presidential Office. Go back and review those years when Rome
transitioned from a Republic to an Empire. Look at the men who
clutched at the Throne. Ask yourself, were these the very best the
great Roman Empire could bring forth? And look at the last bunch of
American Presidents, and Presidential Wannabees. Are they really
examples of the best we have produced?
