Your call a few minutes ago which was logged on my I-phone is totally out of
bounds and out of order by any defense attorney. You simply yelled at me for
several minutes including swearing and then you hung up on me your client.
I can’t say how incensed I am and, I’m trying to be calm about this abusive
behavior from you and in response for my forthright e-mail concerning my case.
All other issues to the side this is simply not right Mr. Kamar.
You have been paid to launch again a rigorous defense and I without pay
have given you all sortsof resources and claims concerning same.
Then you in your recent call yell at me for abusing you and Stacey when in fact
I your client was abused? What sort of legal relationship is that sir?
When I get a ten minute abusive tirade yelling at me your client without me
getting a word in at all what sort of lawyer client relationship is that?
When you don’t even listen or look at the hardships facing me and others while
you claim your staff and you are burdened with things like evidence what sort
of lawyer-client relationship is that?
My God Mark I’m not the problem here!
I’m not only not guilty of the charges as you no I’m flat out innocent! And I
know the difference between being not guilty and outright innocent.
I’m trying to reconcile things between us, but you sir do not help at all with
the type of outrightly abusive and dismissive call you’ve just made to me.
And by the way this isn't the first dismissive thing you've done over these
many months including to others including friends and drivers and wwitnesses.
Again I'm trying to be calm after your tirade over the phone against your
client, me. That is very difficult to do Mark.
Again all I've asked you and your office for fromthe get go is a rigorous,
affirmative defense.
I still wish for same Mr. Kamar.
