Well sure, if this were to stand, then it sets a bad precedent. If Trump can do
it to CNN and get away with it, then some future Democratic president can do it
to Fox News.

That means Fox respects the First Amendment. Trump, on the other hand, does
not. Like I said, I’m not really a fan of CNN, but, as part of the press, they
should expect to have access to elected officials.

Just heard on the BBC that Fox News, sometimes refered to as Trump State TV,
says that it supports the CNN suit against the Trump Administration for
revoking Jim Acosta’s press pass.
It said that press credentials should not be weaponized.
