Hi Miriam and all,
Monday's Democracy Now featured a good interview of Glenn Greenwald. Sounds
to me like he has a good understanding of the Syria situation and is urgin
caution on the part of the US, Israel and others. Would you say that
Democracy Now has at least partially redeemed itself here with this
interview?
Frankly, the situation there is so convoluted that it is difficult to decide
what is the best option. One thing is for sure; military options are more
likely to do harm than good. On the other hand, it feels like we do need to
take some sort of action in the face of the horrendous chemical attack last
Saturday. First thing is to find out whose really responsible for the attack
if we are able.
