Well, I suppose that racial and relligious issues exist all over the world,
regardless of what kind of government is superimposed on people. And this
little country was under tremendous strain because both super powers used it
for their own purposes. Cuba accomplished a lot, considering the obstacles.

Interesting post here. It looks like despite all of the hoopla to the
contrary, Cuba has some of the same racial issues we have here. So sad that
they didn't take full advantage of the situation in 1959.
In so many cases, the early days of a revolution are filled with hopes that
never seem to quite come to pass. Very sad.
