I think all of them are. I only mentioned a few because I'm not sure about
the laws regarding the rest. And you know, I did a lot of work with
attorneys when I was doing adoption work and one thing I learned, which has
been verified by everything I read and hear each day; the laws is a very
flexible thing. It can be interpreted in various ways, depending on what
your goal is.
