The P sound may sound a bit awkward for elementary English learners.
Therefore, they may feel they need to stress on that more often.
This is not the proper way to tackle this.
Well in my quite humble opinion, just be natural and colloquial.
Do not act as if you are enrolled in English class, just be normal and
friendly.

Of course, I will never totally avoid all the mistakes but, I’ll
definitely reduce them at some point.
I regularly look at grammatical sources for correction.

Speaking is the most enjoyable way to practice English.
I enjoyed conversing with people for multiple hours on the internet.
The most crucial element that I enjoyed in my previous job was the
constant practice of speaking.
On literally a daily basis,, I was privileged with practicing speaking
for seven hours.
As British people say, brilliant.
I didn’t practice speaking that long when I was enrolled at the
British Council conversation class.
My job used to consist of speaking to U.S seniors and that usually
demands patience, slowing down, repeating what I say and quite
possibly, raising my voice at some point.
Simultaneously, I spoke to nurses and clinical representatives.
That essentially demanded steadiness, brevity and definite accurateness.

speak.
