OOPS! I suppose it was my fault that this bit of spam got through.
Occasionally I get notifications that a message needs my approval before
it can go out on the list. Most often these are messages from group
members and I can only suppose that the got blocked because of some
glitch. The trouble is that in order to read the message I have to arrow
down past enormously long paragraphs of impenetrable technicalese. So I
am inclined to just automatically approve them and read them after they
are posted. That is exactly what happened this time. I seem to have
approved a piece of spam.
