Still a few chuckles. Especially the one that goes: Isn't having a
smoking section in a restaurant like having a peeing section in a
swimming pool?
In Seattle's Pioneer Square District, the Merchants Cafe has been
operating for over 100 years. It is an old two story building,
decorated inside with old artifacts and antiques.
Back when laws demanded smoke-free sections, Merchant's Cafe
designated an entire floor to non smoking, and the other floor to
smoking. Trouble was, the smoking floor was the lower level. So what
the second floor had was...second hand smoke.
Go figure!
