I don't know if there's any way to change things because the systems are so
large, convoluted, and people in the West consume products at such a rate,
that attempting to control how people are exploited for profit, just isn't
going to happen. I do think that it's important for all of us who benefit
from the system, be aware that millions of people are being exploited so
that our needs will be met.

No doubt that some one or some corporation is making a killing from the sale
of Cobalt.
I've got at least 5 lithium-ion batteries here. Two for iPhones, one for a
tablet, one for my PAC Mate and one much larger one for our Toyota Prius.
I get the sinking feeling that most of those in our badly corrupted
political parties would not do a damned thing about this one and that may
include Sanders as well. The only candidate who might try to change this
situation is Jill Stein though she'd likely be blocked by Congress.
