[blind-chess] Accepting challenge

Hi Richard,
When you sent the Ladder Tournament Current Pairing Assignments, I could not
find in the rules asking us either to accept or deny. I thought if I didn't
accept, then the challenger could win by forfeit in three days.
So I replied on the blind chess accepting the challenge. Is that correct?
