Cindy, It sounds like you and I are doing the same things. I simply don't
trust the stripper so when scanning I remove them. If I am valaidating, I
don't do this unless I know that the submitter has made a real effort to
delete them but has just missed a few; this I inadvertently do myself
sometimes.
