Hi Cindy,

I'm the one who scans, OCRs, validates and submits the New York Times books.
I've mentioned to Gustavo and Janice that there are a lot of NY Times books
with excellent ratings in the collection, but they say please scan and validate
these books anyway. Okay, will do. I'm trying to concentrate on NY Times
books that are not in the collection or are rated good in the collection for
future months though. I try hard to make the NY Times book perfect when I
validate them...

  Carrie

I wonder, however, that being the case, if the
replacement really is better than Bud's copy. Does
anyone proofread the NY TImes books? Carrie, when you
or other volunteers in the office scan the books, are
they proofread too? I know you personally do in some
case, but I got the impression that you don't always,
and I don't know about the others.

Bud, maybe you could download the NY Times book and
compare it with the one you pre-validated before
submitting.
