Kelly, I also read that book years ago. Since I grew up in southern arizona I
remember it being fairly accurate as far as scenery and geography, but I don't
remember the major plot line.

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] yet another scanning request

  Hi all,
By now the list is probably all too well aware how much I like historical
fiction. <grin> I just remembered another author that I think I would enjoy
reading. His name is Elliott Arnold, and I read a book of his called Blood
Brother that I really thought was good. It's about the Indian chief Cochise and
a white man who comes to know and respect the Apaches--I can't give a very good
summary because I read the book when I was around 15. Has anyone else read this
author, or could anyone scan any of his books? Comments and ideas are welcome.
