Hi, All, I am working on a cookbook series that Rodale Press put out a few
years ago. There are ten books in the series and they're all set up in the
same format, the exact same length, etc. They are all 144 pages in length,
have special features scattered throughout like Cook to Cook, Food Facts,
Cooking Basics, On the Menu. I've submitted six of them thus far into the
cue for proofreading and want to finish this series up once and for all.
It's been sitting here and just kept getting pushed to the side. Once you
get the hang of the format, it probably would be fairly easy to proofread
them. As always, feedback is welcome if I can do anything to make things
better, too. I've been going through the books pretty carefully because I
often have to fix things along the way even though they scan pretty well.

The titles so far are: Hearty Beef, One-Dish Dinners, Everyday Italian, Blue
Ribbon Cakes and Pies, Easy Oven Dishes, and No-Bake Desserts. These are
the ones that are available for proofreading so far.
