[bksvol-discuss] wordpad and pagebreaks

I got the wordpad and pagebreak thing a bit wrong.
Wordpad does not apparently destroy pagebreaks.
But many screen readers will not show pagebreaks in wordpad. So a
validator cannot tell if they are there.
