Header removal/carefully in version 9 requires you to download/apply the
9.02 patch to be reliable.
After that it is pretty good.
You still may want to go through each top of page to verify that some
headers were left in. Please remember that header removal also removes
page numbers. If you wish page numbers to be left in you need to remove
headers manually.
