Again, the software gods frowning on us. It is approved, implemented and waits 
to be tested for the next release, scheduled for sometime in September 
(probably the first half). It was scheduled for the last release but testing 
revealed some errors which couldn't be fixed quickly. I think we'll be good to 
go witht his release but I've learned to never promise absolutely.

With the change, validation will go to $2.50 to reflect the amount of work that 
goes into a good scan. Meanwhile, please keep doing your excellent work. Many

Still fifty cents according to the new Volunteer
manual. I'd hoped maybe they'd changed, but they
haven't, at least as yet.
