Occasionally, the copyright is hard to find and might be on the back page. 
Also, sometimes the copyright symbol is used and does not read so that the
copyright just reads a year and a name either author or publisher.
To others, isn't there an actual copyright site for verifying copyrights; I
have not had to use it for a long time and as I recall it can be tricky.
