I would like to see the website kept more up-to-date on the volunteer page. 
A slew of volunteers do not belong to either list.

Bookshare is evolving. It's web site does not always keep up with the
real time behavior of volunteers and staff.

We have only done this in a few cases.

Please understand, particularly you new folks, that volunteers and
staff are developing procedures rather than having them written in stone.

This is one of them.
