Ahhhh OK Evan.  That is how Lissi taught me that any time there is another
"title" the rest of the points need to go up by 2 points.  Back to my old
way unless there are other titles.

Since the standard font size is 12 point, then, unless the chapter has 
subsections, its title  can be in 14 point. As Madeleine mentioned here not 
long ago, a two point differential is sufficient for the Daisy converter. 
The chapter title need be in 16 point only if there are headings within the 
chapter, and those headings should be in 14 point.
