Hi Sarah, I have been very impressed with them from the get-go, nice folks to deal with. They are always happy to talk to you directly and never ask for your incident I D or other info such as your credit card number. Tom

I'm impressed. I just went to the GW-Micro webpage and started downloading Window-eyes 5.5 demo. They ask you to fill out a little form before downloading the demo, and I used the E-mail link on the page to ask some questions. I wanted to make sure JAWS and Window-eyes would be happy on the same computer running Windos XP, and I wanted to know how to read the manual without having window-eyes installed. I got a reply immediately!

I will now work on learning to use Window-Eyes again. Unfortunately everything I used to know about using it is so out of date that it is of no use at all. At least I shouldn't have concept understanding issues, though.
