That's a problem--and is probably the problem with Oklahoma Sweetheart. By the time the book gets kicked back for something simple, like a copyright check, the original scanner has probably forgotten about it and/or no longer has the book to fix--so either someone else has to duplicate the work or the book gets rejected and the scanner doesn't get credit, even if it was, perhaps, a good scan.
