I also warn users of notetakers particularly to make backup copies as you validate and keep those backup copies in a folder other than the copy you are working on. Preferably keep a backup on another device. I have had a copy crash on my notetaker after I have spent a lot of time validating it. The pain can be severe. (grin) Hope my learning saves someone else from going through the same. By the way, using find and replace well can remove headers quickly. Hope this is useful. (smile) E.
