Jill,
If there is a book in the collection with a rating of excellent which it
doesn't deserve you can notify the bookshare staff, giving them the title
and author and letting them know what the rating should be. There are many
types of scanning problems that the automated tool can overlook, so your
perceptions as a reader will take precedence.
