Pam,
I've been having the same problem for a while now and the weird thing is
Jesse says that my name should be displaying according to what he sees on his
end. He has some higher ups looking into it. I'd suggest your friend contact
him and mention they are also having this problem. Maybe then someone will
figure it out for us!
