Actually, the simplest solution might be if she copied
the book onto a cd and sent it via the post office.
The only problem is that Bookshare isn't set up to handle return
validations in this manner.
Once again, not having someone like a Marissa or Jesse around to handle
these kinds of things on a 1 to 1 basis hurts Bookshare.
We shouldn't be debating back and forth on this; someone in Palo Alto
should be available to take charge and get the book where it ought to be,
in Palo Alto awaiting administrative approval.
