Hello,
Try calling Kurzweil Educational Systems to see if they have your
registration information available and if they can give you your serial
number. If your serial number/registration information can be found, then
you should be able to upgrade at the price set by Kurzweil Educational. This
time around the upgrade will be more than $95 as the company's licensing
costs have increased.

A long time ago I had k1000, it was back in 1999 or so. Unfortunately, I
never got my copy back and I don't remember the serial number. Can I still
upgrade? Thanks. I totally forgot about that when I asked last week about
getting it.
