Actually there's good news. The notes had already been checked by me and the
numbers had already been checked and were already in the file. All someone
needs to do as soon as I get the book back up, is do a general read-through. I
already have done mine, btw. The reason this is so late after the message
below this is that computer hell has finally ended. I gave up on my venerable
system and replaced the motherboard. I'm finally back up and running after a
mini-vacation and a trip to ConFluence.

I can get the book and will proof it and do the footnotes, but it will
take a while. I have 3 others to do first.
I will proof the text and will put in footnote numbers and if the
footnotes are at the bottom of the pages, I will proof those, but I won't proof
the index or bibliographic references at the end of the book. Let me know if
you want me to do it. and I'll download it. I have space for one more book in
my pile.

Hi Gary,
What kind of word were you trying to get? I do think that
submitting the book as a BSO with the reason for that stated in the comments
section of the submission form seems the simplest solution to your problem.
