Hi, Lissi. Try a control-u. Maybe someone already suggested this, but that's usually a toggle to turn underlining on and off, so maybe doing that will turn it off. Take care. I've made random attempts to turn this off, but haven't succeeded. Does anyone know a microsoft command for this? If not, I'm hoping that when I shut the computer down and open the RTF file again, the computer will have forgotten it was underlining, giving me a fresh start. Thanks. Always With Love, Lissi
