Rebecca, Bob, Sue, and others, please send issues like these to support@xxxxxxxxxxxxx . Why? Because they have a tracking system for bugs that the engineering team uses to fix things. If you post to the list, your issues won't be tracked. That's why they wrote to the list awhile back to ask that people write to Bookshare directly about bugs in the publisher quality process. So you will help Bookshare most by letting them know when you are having trouble. Also, please be specific about the device or program you're using to read the book. Sighted Bookshare staff may not think to check out the title using assistive devices. For example, Carrie and Pavi don't use or have Kurzweil, a Braille device, or Openbook. So it doesn't really tell us much if they can open a file on their computer since they're not using assistive technology. John and Rob have access to these devices though, and they are the ones running the support address. See why it's so important to talk to them? As far as I know, they are not on this list. So if they get any info at all, it's second or third-hand. That's often bad news for bug tracking.
