Sighted Bookshare staff may not think to check out the title using assistive devices. For example, Carrie and Pavi don't use or have Kurzweil, a Braille device, or Openbook. So it doesn'treally tell us much if they can open a file on their computer since they'renot using assistive technology. John and Rob have access to these devicesthough, and they are the ones running the support address. See why it's so important to talk to them? As far as I know, they are not on this list.
