If you wan to scan it ( 671 page hardcover? it might be available in
paperback somewhere, (I see you say he sent it to you so was it a
paperback he sent?but ... do you have the capability to scan a book that
large? I'll proof it and describe the images if no one else wants to, it
will take a while, though; first I have to finish Freedom Hall & a couple
of other short things; if I find I can't renew it when the the comes
and it doesn't cost too much you can mail it to me (is the copy you have
a pb? and is it also 6671 pages?

N.Y. Times list; does bookshare still add those itself? Published in 2016
Whit Sand, vol 1 of the series, is a 571-page hardcover book;
