Guido,
I'll bet there are paying customers who would be unhappy to learn that
perfectly complete books were rejected due to a quirk in page-numbering.
However, knowing that you're more reasonable than you appear, I suppose you
probably just did this because you know Dave is here and used it as an
example to spur further excellence. I only hope you've stirred up as much
excellence as you have contention, you book-nuking instigator! <lol>
