I didn't keep the email, but it was on this list, so maybe someone else kept
it. The gist of the message was that some books don't have page numbers, so
we shouldn't add them. I have never seen sutch a book, but I guess they must
be out there. As far as page breaks are concerned, the same message said
they are essential. Sorry I don't have the message.
