Oh, Liz,
I bet they want to know if the publisher is an international publisher. I
had to validate a book like that, which was returned as they couldn't figure
out if the book had did indeed been scanned and purchased or borrowed in the
U.S. that is probably what they want, but indeed, we need more detail,
smile.
