That's probably because the last time I heard she was a professor who just
does not have the time to correct each book she reads. She probably figures
that if she scans them, they at least could be of some use to people.

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] submitter Adrienne Asch

I notice a number of newly submitted books by Adrienne Asch. They
have the usual less than excellent rating attached to her submits.

She uses Kurzweil.

This kind of activity is just the kind of submitting which leads to
long waits on step 1. The subjects are ones of ethical, moral or
medical interest to a particular group. She has at least submitted
in rtf. However, someone who has as good an education as she does
and has the good tools available in Kurzweil and wants books of this
nature validated is going to have a harder time if she submits poor
quality work.

Sorry if I am venting. I am concerned that her submits (and there
have been many of them) display the kinds of characteristics which
make them good candidates for long long waits on step 1 or for rejection.
