Jill, I also only hear the word table, but if I navigate around i.e. use arrow keys or other navigation quick keys, I can find the information confirming my submission. Have you tried the arrow key method, or going to the top of the page and hitting enter on the skip to main content link. This link, located at the top of the page, will take you to the location on the page where the pertinent information is located. Simply put, JAWS will not always begin to read a page automatically.

I am using JAWS version 9; after I upload a book, the only thing I ever hear, and sometimes not even then, is "table." I am no longer taken to the thank-you page. Is anyone else having this experience or what setting do I have wrong? It's not crucial as I can always go to the administrative list if I have any doubt. Thanks. Way to go on your first submission! (smile) You can tell if your book uploaded correctly because you'll get a web page that thanks you for submitting the book once it's uploaded. If you tell us which book you've been working on, we can help you find it in the system. Someone may already be validating it. Jill's idea about checking the Books In Processing page is a good one. If you need any help locating your book, just ask. Again, congratulations on your first submission, Jamie. I'm looking forward to seeing it in the collection. -- Monica Willyard Visit my blog at http://www.scannersguild.com To unsubscribe from this list send a blank Email to bksvol-discuss-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxxput the word 'unsubscribe' by itself in the subject line.
