I just submitted:
Misdiagnosis and Dual Diagnosis of Gifted Children and Adults by six
different authors. Easy validation for whoever grabs it. It is possible 1 or
2 blank pages between chapters may be missing, but I think everything is
fine. If one is missing, it's near the index some place. None of the text is
missing, and my sighted roommate helped me with both covers. Easy
validation. Excellent shape.
